Shipping Costs
All customers are responsible for shipping costs. Rates are calculated at checkout and will vary based on the items in your order and your delivery location.
Processing & Delivery Times
Because each product is made-to-order, please allow time for production before shipping. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the specific items ordered and your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
Currently, Coastal Motion primarily ships within the United States. If you’d like to place an international order, please reach out to us directly before purchasing.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Coastal Motion, each item is made-to-order using a print-on-demand process. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless your item is faulty, damaged, or has a print quality issue.
We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit, as we are unable to make adjustments once an order is in production.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

All items must be unused and in their original condition when reporting a defect.
